Cookie Policy

Kitdeka is operated by IA Tech Digital, an individual business (usaha perorangan) based at Jl. Cepit Raya, Jatimulya, Cilodong, Depok, Jawa Barat 16413, Indonesia — a sole trader, not an incorporated company. Where this document says “we” or “Kitdeka”, it means that business.

A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests.

Cookies can be used for many purposes. Kitdeka currently uses them only for the necessary account and session functionality and the preference storage described below.

Sign-in and session cookies

Session or authentication cookies, including cookies whose names may begin with kitdeka., keep an authenticated user signed in and associate requests with the correct authenticated session.

Without necessary session cookies, account and dashboard functionality may not work.

Session cookies are removed or invalidated according to the authentication and session lifecycle, including sign-out and expiry behaviour.

Language preference

A cookie named kitdeka_locale remembers whether you selected English or Bahasa Indonesia. It is set when you choose a language and is intended to last for up to one year unless you delete it sooner.

Kitdeka currently does not set:

• advertising cookies;
• third-party behavioural analytics cookies;
• cross-site tracking cookies;
• social-media advertising pixels; or
• a cookie intended to identify a unique person who scans a dynamic QR code.

We do not use cookies to follow scanners across other websites.

Kitdeka records first-party server-side scan events for dynamic QR codes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Those scan events do not require Kitdeka to set an analytics or advertising cookie on the scanner’s device.

Kitdeka does not use scan cookies to estimate unique visitors or build advertising profiles.

The first time you visit Kitdeka, we may show a short notice explaining our use of necessary cookies.

Dismissing that notice may store a value such as kitdeka_consent in your browser’s local storage. Local storage is browser-side storage and is not automatically sent to our server with every request like a cookie. The stored value is used only so the notice does not repeatedly appear, and dismissing a notice is recorded as neither acceptance nor refusal of anything optional.

Because the cookies described in this policy are currently necessary or preference-related rather than advertising or behavioural tracking cookies, there is no optional advertising or analytics tracking category to accept.

If Kitdeka later introduces an optional analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technology that requires consent under applicable law, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent choice before the optional technology is activated for users who must consent.

Where consent is required, optional tracking will not be treated as accepted merely because someone continues browsing.

Refusing optional tracking will not be used to block access to Kitdeka’s ordinary generator tools unless a particular optional feature genuinely requires the relevant processing and the law permits that design.

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage.

Blocking necessary Kitdeka session cookies will not prevent access to ordinary public pages and Free browser-based tools, but it may prevent you from signing in or using account, saved-workspace, and dashboard features.

Deleting the language cookie may cause Kitdeka to fall back to its default language until you choose a language again.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top.

If a future change introduces optional tracking that materially changes privacy choices, we will update the notice and consent mechanism as required by applicable law before relying on the new tracking.
